What is your training philosophy?
My company focuses on performance enhancement. Whether participating in a competitive sport or not, I feel your body should work as good as it looks. I feel this is best accomplished by emphasizing compound, ground based movements such as squats, deadlifts, lunges, chin ups, rows, push ups etc.
I'm not an athlete. Is your program right for me?
My programs help athletes, former athletes and non-athletes reach their
goal(s). Just because you're not currently a competitive athlete or
ever were, doesn't mean you cannot become more athletic in your daily
life. My training philosophy center's around "bang for your buck"
exercises to help you reach your fitness goal(s) more safely and
efficiently. You probably will also improve your athleticism, helping
you peform better in your daily life.
I'm a beginner to fitness. Do I need to train on my own for a few months?
Many members have signed up with no prior training experience. Others have lots of training experience. Regardless, your fitness program will be appropriate for your fitness level and progressed accordingly. Training the right way from day 1 will speed up results and probably take you further than you thought possible.
